1. Cancellation by Client
1.1 Cancellation Request
To cancel a project or service, you must notify us in writing via email at support@buddiez.in. Please include the following information in your cancellation request:

- Reason for cancellation
1.2 Cancellation Fees
Cancellation fees depend on the stage of the project at the time of cancellation:
- Before Work Begins: If you cancel a project before any work has started, you are entitled to a full refund of the advance payment.
- After Work Begins: If you cancel a project after work has started, you will be billed for the work completed up to the cancellation date, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
1.3 No Refund for Completed Work
No refund will be issued for work that has already been completed as per the project contract.
2. Cancellation by Buddiez.in
We reserve the right to cancel a project or service under the following circumstances:
- Non-Payment: If you fail to make timely payments as per the agreed payment schedule.
- Breach of Contract: If you breach any of the terms outlined in the project contract or these Terms & Conditions.
- Unforeseen Circumstances: If we are unable to continue providing services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., resource unavailability, legal issues).
2.1 Refund in Case of Cancellation by Us
If we cancel a project due to our inability to provide services, we will issue a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of the payment.
3. Retainer Package Cancellations
3.1 Monthly Retainers
If you are on a monthly retainer package, you may cancel the retainer by providing 30 days’ written notice.
- You will be billed for the services provided up to the cancellation date.
- No refund will be issued for any unused portion of the retainer fee.
3.2 Long-Term Retainers
For long-term retainer agreements (e.g., 6 months or 1 year), please refer to the specific terms outlined in your contract. Early cancellation may result in a cancellation fee as specified in the contract.
4. Third-Party Costs
Any costs incurred for third-party services (e.g., ad spend, software subscriptions, domain fees) are non-refundable. If you cancel a project, you will be responsible for any third-party costs already incurred.
5. Effect of Cancellation
Upon cancellation:
- All access to project materials, reports, and deliverables will be revoked unless otherwise agreed upon.
- You will receive a final invoice for any work completed up to the cancellation date.
- Any refunds due will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request.
